'Budimpeks F' - equipment for sandwich panel production

‘Budimpeks F’ equipment for production of facade cassettes ‘Liberta’ is simple and very reliable. Facade cassettes ‘Liberta’ K-100 and K-200 could be used as siding material in building of different objects that requires perfect appearance. Cassettes are made of galvanized steel sheets. The standard solution – painted steel sheets (with polyester lacquer), 1-1.2mm in thickness. Inexpensive equipment sets are completed with manual de-coiling barrels, guillotine and cutting dies.

We offer you 3 equipment sets. The first and the second set is designed for production of facade cassettes “Liberta” K-100 and K-200 correspondingly. The third equipment set is designed for production of both K-100 and K-200.

K-100 and K-200 types of facade cassettes differ with side-lock type and with method of mounting on a building.

Notice:

Each punch is installed on a separate special table. The tables are included in price of the set. For the same price it is possible to produce tables with wheels. Maximal bending width on the bender is 2020mm (it is enforced for the steel up to 1.5mm). The bender has its control unit, mechanical clipping device (controlled from the central control unit). Bending angle definition – digital from central control unit (accurace – 0.25°).

Industrial allocation scheme and production technology is supplied with equipment.
